6.2 Orders placed Monday to Saturday are processed the same or next business day.
6.3 Orders are shipped within 2 business days, subject to stock availability.
6.4 Delivery timelines range from 4–9 days depending on location.
6.5 Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
6.6 We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events.

7. Cancellation Policy

8. Return & Exchange Policy
8.1 Return/Exchange is available only for selected products. The return eligibility will be mentioned on each product page.
8.2 Return/Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
8.3 Return/Exchange is applicable only in cases of:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged item
- Defective product
8.4 Items must be in:
- Original condition
- Unwashed and unused (for hygiene reasons)
- Original tags and packaging
Items failing these conditions will not be accepted.
8.5 If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you must self-ship the product to our office address.
8.6 Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the case.
9. Refund Policy
9.1 Refunds are accepted only for quality issues, wrong items, missing items, incorrect size, or damage.
9.2 Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and verified.
9.3 A deduction of ₹100 will be made towards shipping charges.
9.4 Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via the original mode of payment.
9.5 No refund will be issued if the returned product is not in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
