2. Return & Exchange Policy
✔ Return Window: 3 Days
You must raise the return/exchange request within 3 days of delivery.
✔ Eligible Cases
We accept return/exchange only for:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged product
- Defective item
- Missing item(s) in a combo
- Mismatch in quality, size, or design (as per order)
✔ Pickup Conditions
- Product must be unused and unwashed
- Must include original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories
- Items without tags or in used condition will not be accepted
✔ Self-Shipping Clause
If pickup service is not available at your location, you must ship the product to:

3. Refund Policy
✔ Refund Process
- Refund is initiated only after receiving and verifying the returned product.
- Refund is processed to the same payment method used at checkout.
- Refund timeline: 5–7 business days after verification.
✔ Shipping Deduction
A ₹100 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
❌ No Refund If:
- Product is not in original condition
- Tags/packaging are missing
- Product is used or tampered
- Request is raised after 3 days of delivery
